Demultiplex barcoded reads from Albacore with barcode12a #65

Unfortunately, the barcode (12a) breaks this syntax because the folders are labeled 12a instead of just the two digit number.

Workaround for now appears to rename Albacore output folder

The workaround of renaming the folders in the Albacore output folder is not working for me. Is there another workaround or an ETA on when this issue may be fixed?
