Short-read question #45

Hi! I have, probabily, a stupid question: Could I use clustering and consensus pipeline over short-read assemblies? I am usually worried about algorithm selection bias and this could be an option.

I just answered this one in #53, but the short version is no, probably not - Trycycler needs completed assemblies. Sorry!
