Hi @rrwick, We are using Illumina and ONT data to assemble through Trycycler, but it seems that Medaka is not particularly helpful for the dna_r10.4.1_e8.2_400bps_sup@v5.0.0 mentioned in your bioinformatics blog. Do you have any recommendations for the software to polish ONT data (dna_r10.4.1_e8.2_400bps_sup@v5.0.0)?
