the difference with Unicycler0.5.0 with Unicycle 0.4.8 #294

Unicycler V0.5.0 and V0.4.8. I find some difference of option . i can use the pilon to polish by --pilon_path in Unicycle 0.4.8,but that no find in 0.50. Counld you please tell me why? Thank you very much.
