Add tblDownloadQueue #7

Add tblDownloadQueue with states for persisting where in the processing cycle is the current input. This should contain a UUID as well for further enhancements. for creating a schedule, a template for yt-dlp switches can be used from here.

Will be done later, as there is no proper approach defined which uses queues.
