report keys of metadata columns with zero standard deviation #131

It would be helpful if standardize_metadata were to also report the keys of the metadata columns with zero standard deviation.

It's interesting that the occurrence of such columns seems to lead to numerical instability.

132 modifies the source to print any metadata keys which have zero variance.
