The poly_refined.* files have contained a few reflections given a Miller index of (000) and a nonzero wavelength. This suggests unindexed reflections have made it through filtration this far, or a bug in laue.optimize_indexing has occurred.

Should be fixed by this commit. Reopen if problem persists.
