Way, way back I submitted a PR to add version info for webi (https://github.com/rs/curlie/pull/27) and curlie has been on webi for years, but I forgot to come back and add it to the install list in the README. Fixing that now.
I put it as the second in the list because brew is still more popular, but webi is cross-platform (Mac, Windows, Linux - possibly even BSD).
Also puts sh for shell blocks, including replacing my original bash blocks.
