Register without user but secure sending notification #151

Hi.

We have set up pushd as our notification service. As far as I have found it is possible to enable a user so you have to login before being allowed to register a push token and sending out push notifications.

In our case we want no authentication for registering and pinging a token, but for everything else, like sending out a push notification.

Is there a way to achieve this with the current settings.coffee or is this not possible at the moment?
