Set mail server #6

If possible, we should activate the mail server option on the RSAT server at IFB-core-cluster.

This will require to define the SMTP parameters, and to allow Apache user to send mail. We need to fix this with @FanchTheSystem

@FanchTheSystem , would this be possible ? I guess it is since the EMERGEN-DB server delivers mails to the sequencing labs each time they submit new sequences and metadata.
