fix ensemblgenomes-api version #11

Ici on fait un git clone de ensemble api: https://github.com/rsa-tools/rsat-code/blob/03124b48f0034560418673e5e726fd8e7acb639c/makefiles/install_software.mk#L404

Hors à l'url indiqué pour le git clone, la derniere version disponible est la 44: https://github.com/EnsemblGenomes/ensemblgenomes-api.git
