Replaced the download request form by a link to gitlab

Hi @morganeTC and @amedina-liigh

I replaced the old download request form (which was still referred) by a link to gitlab. Since @FanchTheSystem made me swear I would not work in the main branch anymore I did it in a separate branch (never too late to learn).

Can you please check and merge the branches ?
