Hi!

I have updated 2 installation scripts: 00_config.bash - Is now able to automatic detect which input package manager has been chosen by the user from the configuration file. I have currently allowed "apt-get, yum and brew" in this script. 01_macosx_packages.bash - I updated the package names to be the most consistent as possible with the corresponding ubuntu scripts and fixed bugs.
