Sprite naming not invoked on download #2

When saving or downloading in any format a modal set name dialog should be shown to ensure a name is given to the sprite download file as well as inserted into the JSON when saving as a .pixel file.

FIXED: Now prompted for sprite name if one has not already been supplied.
