Adding support for "Login with Google" #22

Replace existing login options with more secure external Oauth2 login with Google.

Request to publish the OAuth2 authenticator to production requires assessment by Google that can take up to 12 weeks. Submitted request 20th June '23. Now we choose patience.

Google auth working and confirmed with independent testing. Need to replicate google authentication to all pixelflux.me pages in addition to the app.

Google auth tested with 3rd party unregistered account. All OK so I think we can close this one out.
