This is the fourth package for the Purkinje-library update. In this pull request, the Purkinje-coupling benchmark simulation is now working as expected with normal and retrograde propagation. I still need to test the code in a 3D simulation and make a function to calculate the PMJ delay and verify if it is valid. Also, in the next package, I will be moving all the Purkinje-related functions to save meshes to a separate library 'libdefault_save_mesh_purkinje.so', in order to reduce the amount of code on 'save_mesh.c'.
