In this pull request I tested and updated some public examples using this new version of the solver. In these tests, I noticed that the example "plain_mesh_ToRORd_fkatp_endo.ini" is resulting in NaN values with the current configuration, maybe we should check the ToRORd model again. A part from that, another reason for this pull request in just to pair the two branches regarding the commits.
