In this pull request the latest changes in the source code have been merged and are now working without any errors. There are only a few changes from my side:
Reduce the amount of Purkinje networks in the /networks folder by moving some of them to a local folder /local_networks.
Changes in the name of some Purkinje networks and updates on some Purkinje examples.
A new helper script called "tuneCV" that can be used to calibrate the conductivity value based on an input conduction velocity.
Purkinje solver time is now given in minutes just like the tissue.
