New feature in the Purkinje solver

Hello Sachetto,

In this pull request the following additions are made to the solver:

• Purkinje fibers can support different conductivities in its segments
• New script to generate additional PMJs from a given Purkinje network
• Merge October last changes from 'rsachetto-master'
