The new tuneCV script has a more generic setup, which allows the definition of the stimulation protocol and domain to be similar to when defining a 1D tissue slab (cable).
The new evaluationCV script enables testing the results from the tuneCV script on a 3D tissue slab with the same configuration as the cable.
