Fix exceptions - Couldn't determine 'branch', 'examination_date', 'program'

Many of the 1st year results don't have 'branch' instead it has Group-A1,B2 etc. While parsing the metadata we search for branch only. Shall we merge the 2 fields? Like the key will still be branch, but we can add both Mechanical Engineer for >3rd sem results and <=2 it can be the group.

As per offline discussion, let's add two new fields - registration_no and group.

examination_date should be fixed by #21 We should add more parsing logic so that all pdfs for which the exception was raised are successfully parsed.

I will try to add the list of files to parse per each issue.
