cases/deaths: show difference to previous day #14

I was missing the difference in cases/deaths compared to the previous day.

Thank you for your contribution, Patrick. I just spoke with Nico, the designer of the page, and we came to the same conclusion. Showing the daily-difference implies daily data, but this is not the case. Often the number of the cantons can be up to 3-5 days old. The best way to see the differences (and the context of them) are the graphs. Now there is also an aggregated Graph for switzerland. There you can see the differences also.
