Vaccinations per Pop. per week #34

To compare the current (and past) speed of vaccinations in each canton. The acceleration is visible in the per canton graphs and overall speed in "days until XY are vaccinated", but would be nice to see the current speed in the table.

I am thinking about refactoring it to see the "average" and the "latest" speed (Vaccines per day...)
