Store notifications into a file to improve the project for the future #34

A way to improve this could be write the notifications to a file and store them into a database to hold different types of notifications. In the future the project may want to add more than just notifications for exams and homework. These notifications could be for group projects/studying or tutoring for a class.

3)store the notifications into a file and store the file into a database 4) make the fix set as current button do an action

@Bhulbert2096 Note that this relates to #12 and that we may want to analyze the database requirements as a whole to ensure we cover everything we need.
