Team 5 group milestone

Our main group milestone is to have our code able to accept a request from the networking stack, process it, and return it.

There are a few things that need to happen for this to work:

• The database needs to be set up, and have a script created to create it and populate it with dummy data.
• The code needs to be able to send and receive request across the network.
• Once the request has been received, the program should hand it to the database for processing.

There are more general breakdowns of these things in each team member's individual milestone.
