renv::restore() failed #1

I tried to restore renv, and as you also described in one of your other posts, renv tries to install through cran.microsoft.com/snapshot

But it fails, the first time when trying to install callr@3.7.1

How can this happen? Is something wrong with my setup, or can you reproduce the problem maybe?
