Runecrafting: Shortcut highlight for Zeah RC shortcuts misplaced #347

The red highlights for the agility shortcuts around the Zeah RC altars, are currently controlled through the mining plugin's "Show obstacles" toggle. Should be controllable through the Runecrafting plugin settings.
