!kc command inconsistent. Rarely works for Raids/Olm #403

looking at ring of wealth boss log updates raids killcount.

I have the same issue, kc seems to work most of the time but bugs out occasionally. I go check my adventurers light in house and it's fixed. However it never updates raids count.
