Plugin for Amulet of Nature #432

Either a dialog box like the farming timers have, or a notification popup (similar to AFK reminders) when the amulet detects the watched patch isn't healthy.

For clarification the message from the amulet says

"A low hum resonates from the Amulet of Nature - it seeks audience with you,"
