Error creating student Repo #11

Steps taken:

  1. Created classroom in rsc-demo.
  2. Created assignment (lesson 5 project) based upon template repo in rsc-computer-technology.
  3. Copied invitation link and used a different account (CISLead-Rio) to accept the assignment.
  4. Says it was accepted, but after a few minutes and refreshing the screen, I get the following error message: There was an error accepting the assignment. GitHub repository could not be created from template, please try again.. If this problem persists, please contact support.
  5. I created another assignment (lesson 6 project) using a template repo from rsc-demo.
  6. I accepted the assignment under the lead account and it worked fine.

Things already tried

  1. There was no roster, so I added a student to the roster to see if that was the problem, but it did not resolve the problem.
  2. I modified the visibility of the template repo to public, but it did not resolve the problem.

Question

Does this mean the template repos have to reside in the same org as the student repos? I thought I read that some instructors had different orgs.

Found solution - Under my account, I had to grant the Classroom app access to the organizations it needs access to. Since it didn't have permissions to access the org, it couldn't go into the repo to grab it.
