Import OBI's "sample preparation for assay" (OBI:0000073) & add new term "NMR sample preparation" as child #16

We would like to add the new term "NMR sample preparation" to CHMO which requires the import of OBI's sample preparation for assay (OBI:0000073) as parent class for this new term.

  1. Import: sample preparation for assay (OBI:0000073) Def.: A sample_preparation_for_assay is a protocol_application including material_enrollments and biomaterial_transformations. definition_source: OBI. Parent class: material processing (OBI:0000094) (already imported in CHMO)

  2. Add: NMR sample preparation (CHMO:0002927) Def.: A sample preparation for assay process that includes a series of operations applied to a starting material to prepare an NMR sample for an NMR assay. Parent class: sample preparation for assay (OBI:0000073)
