Use updated github API #3

The github.com/google/go-github/github library changed the types of a couple methods that issue uses, which prevents it from building cleanly with go get. This solves the problem and everything seems to work, for me at least.

This PR is a duplicate of #2. Looks like this repo isn't maintained well, unfortunately. That PR has been sitting unmerged since Aug 19, 2016. /cc @adg @rsc
