This pull request based on the work of @Thomas131 with the following changes:

move the code to assign a primary address into the library
take care of corner cases like already existing device at target address or the special primary addresses
try to receive the expected ACK frame
provide man page
add new binary to Makefile and .gitignore

Verified, I adopted the code to my node-lib and confirmed it working!
