[Feature request] Jupiter nbviewer support

1. Request

It would be nice, if you add features: quickly open in browser and copy in clipboard Jupiter nbviewer links.

2. Justification

Jupiter nbviewer is a service for comfortable preview documents in GitHub repositories. See item 3, how to use Jupiter nbviewer. Now I need to make many actions for get and open links of Jupiter nbviewer. It would be nice, if users may open and copy links faster.

3. Desirable behavior

For example, I have file SashaVKontakte.pdf file; https://github.com/KristinitaTest/KristinitaTest.github.io/blob/master/pdf/SashaVKontakte.pdf link of this file. Right_Click to SashaVKontakte.pdf in my sidebar →

• GitLink → Open Jupiter link in browser → https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/KristinitaTest/KristinitaTest.github.io/blob/master/pdf/SashaVKontakte.pdf link open for me.
• GitLink → Copy Jupiter link into clipboard → https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/KristinitaTest/KristinitaTest.github.io/blob/master/pdf/SashaVKontakte.pdf file copy to my clipboard.
