Invalid URL opened #30

Hello,

the package opens an invalid URL containing an extra tilde ~ like https://SOME_GITHUB_REPO_URL/-/blob/GIT_HASH/FILE/PATH Removing the tilde fixes the URL.

Environment Operating system and version: MacOS 13.0.1 Sublime Text: Build 4143

Is there a reason for the extra ~ ?
