What steps will reproduce the problem?
(Feature request)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It would be great to have the option to request a delivery report for outgoing 
messages in websms, like it is possible with the stock app. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

webSMS 3.6.1, GMX connector, Android 2.2
