Show used WebSMS connector in SMSdroid #609

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chose WebSMS as sender
2. Write a message

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can see WebSMS on the send button, but I don't know what connector will be 
used and if there are free sms left on that connector.
Instead of adding the info about the used sender app to the button a small 
status bar would be fine. These status bar also should have the additional 
infos about connector and the free sms left if WebSMS is chosen.
