SMSDROID - text input field, stripes and default app for "forward" action

hi guys!
I like your app for smoothness and fastness and would like to use it as default 
sms client if you make SMSDROID default app for "forward" action and make the 
text input field much bigger!
I have big screen on my HTC HD2, thick fingers and very small text input area 
in standard sms application!
And the last apply  to you - could you please make the main list of SMS 
"striped" i.e. the background of one chain in list is white, the second ia grey 
(or another color - customizable), third is white, fourth is grey etc. This is 
very very useful feature when you have lots of SMS and you can mess among them!
My system is android 2.3.5 with "hyperdroid-cm7-3.0.0-insigtful impala" custom 
ROM
