Some ideas for a better UI #611

Well i got some ideas for a better UI or for a better "changeable" UI. I attach 
some two picture in which you can see all the changes i would make.

Hope to see some changes in a update :)

ich habe gestern mir mal zum ersten mal das stock nachrichten program von ice 
cream sandwich angeschaut, da hat google ja einiges gemacht, auf jetzigem stand 
bevorzuge ich diese vor smsdroid.

kannst du nicht die stock oberflaeche implementieren,  denn das einzige was ich 
bis jetzt am stock program vermisse ist die websms integration und die wahl der 
led farbe.
bei meinen screenshots kann man ganz gut erkennen, wie minimalistisch und 
sauber es mittlerweile aussieht.

Irgendwie hab ich das Gefühl, dass sich am Layout nichts mehr ändern wird... 
Wurde schon zu lange ignoriert soviel Aufwand wäre es ja nicht...

doh, i accidentally posted in german, that wasn't intended. i blame lack of 
sleep.

i had a look at the stock messaging app in ice cream sandwich yesterday, google 
has improved it quite a bit, at the current state i prefer it over smsdroid.

couldn't you implement the stock interface, because that's the only thing I 
miss so far on the stock program, is websms integration and the ability to set 
the led color.
in my screenshots you can see quite well, how minimalist and clean it looks now.

well. i don't have sparetime left to do it myself at the moment.
but this is free open source software. if it is so simple to implement, just do 
it yourself and let me merge the changes into the master branch.

learning to code is on my to do list. it will take a while, but once i'm 
familiar w/ developing for android, i will have a look.
