Sort by author should be by author surname

Sort by author is currently by author firstname, which is a bit confusing. There should be an author sort field: OPF contains, normally,

Agatha Christie/dc:creator or similar, and it's the file-as which should be used for sorting, I think.

Just pushed 9ffa31bd, which should ameliorate this somewhat.

I haven't noticed a sort field in the epubs I've looked at, but if it exists, we should make use of it.
