A complete swap of old version of quazip for newest version-0.7

This change keeps the project up to date and fizxes a build warning for an incompatible pointer type (in the old version). It's a long commit, and I didn't look at the code, I just swapped and tested it.

There's no need to include all the documentation and build scripts, I think.

I thought so too, but I wasn't sure how to include other peoples work in the project. I'll take out the make files and extra bits.
