Paging back sometimes leads to stuck pages #6

When you're paging backwards through a book, sometimes the pages get stuck only 90% of the way onto the screen. I think this is a problem with the WebView, not Monocle, since I don't see it in testing in real web browsers. But maybe there's something we can add to give pages an extra kick.

And now I'm not seeing any animation on paging backwards. Just a brief delay and then the new page appears. Still works fine in browsers, though.
