Dialog buttons text too difficult to read

Some of the dialog buttoms have text that is difficult to read (light-grey on slightly less light-grey). See image buttons Make Default and Load Default:

If the book is using the default settings, the two bottom buttons are disabled. The toolkit indicates that by changing the text color to light grey. If you change any setting, they should activate and become white.

Note that a recent commit fixed a bug where these buttons would be active even with the book was using the default settings.

This is not an issue, you're right. The disabled buttons do appear like that (and they should). I'm getting confused with the orange and grey buttons from the old version of the UITK.
