Trigger on-screen keyboard #3

Opening the puzzle page should open the OSK for devices without physical keyboards.

Recent commit e714295b should make this work. It does on the emulator, in any event. But it's a huge hack, so I'm going to leave this bug open while we wait for a better fix.

This has been reported upstream as bug #1296462.

This is mostly working with the hidden input. I don't think we'll do better in a cross-platform way.
