Hey folks. I'm new to this and have a tech background but not in coding but can't get this to work anymore. Repeatable 90% of the time. I've started from scratch on different songs multiple times. Spent several hours. I really want to contribute to the Game library. BTW is there a complete document on all the options?

not sure what he's trying to do but it somehow connected with generate background worker which may have issues in release version (odd bug or smth)

I'm sure if everything is done right toolkit should generate w\o issues

Ok, I moved all the setup to a PC running Windows 7 Ultimate with 4GB ram. Same result. I was able to generate several files but now I cant get anything finished.What else do you need from me to help you debug this?

Actually I included 2 recordings (MP4's) in the Zip file. Take a look. Could it be something in the process before get to this step? Maybe Wwise or EOF?

Import MP3 into EOF Import GPx into EOF Adjust timing if needed Add lyrics using UltraCreator Generate wem file with Wwise 64 bit (EDITOR's Note: In past 64-bit wwise did not behave well with toolkit. So recommend using 32-bit Wwise even on 64-bit machines is the best option.) Attempt to create Rocksmith file with RC. Process appears to work fine until I attempt to save then it throws the error.

Like I said I am not a programmer but research seems to indicate that something is calling the Progress Bar when I attempt to save the file: Parameter name: Value Void set_Value(Int32) at System.Windows.Forms.ProgressBar.set_Value(Int32 value)

I might guess that the file size is not being passed as a parameter or the Progress bar should not get called at all? Hope this helps.

as for your issue Ypu've missing tones and arrangements! so it has nothing to pack in cdlc, maybe your wem's or dds files are ok but it has no xml files from eof!

Ok, got it to work now to tweak it.

The first time I did it it went without a hitch and I don't think I needed to add the xmls? oh well Here are some things I noticed:

1. if the user screws up and causes an error such as I had. the "Files" paths seem to lose track of what the settings were. This is confusing and cause the user to have to re verify everything. An enhancement to retain the paths as they are set would be helpful.
2. If "Tones" and "Arrangements" are required the "Generate" button should remain inactive and provide guidance on what is missing. It would help computer savvy users who are newbies to this (like me).
3. I didn't get that if I loaded or imported a package from another song just to get the tones it would over write all the settings I had just set up. The buttons at the bottom should be above the song information to be standard with the UI rules of (top to bottom) and (left to right)

These are just suggestions, wanted to make you aware of. As I use the Application more these may prove to be irrelevant.
