Add repack folder button to Repacker/Unpacker interface (#308) #310

Feature discussed in #308.

Repack Folder button is added next to Repack AppId button in Packer/Unpacker tab. They basically have same functionality with the difference that new button allows selecting a folder and repacks all files under that folder.
