Fix tone import from profile (RS2014) #324

I think it was broken by the changes made to GetPlatform in this commit.

@iminashi I think I fixed this problem here before I saw your pull request. Sry. Does the latest toolkit version solve the issues? For me it does. Could you confirm? If it does not, could you plz reissue new pull request as necessary and I will merge.

It's still broken for me in the latest version. Trying to import from profile fails with "Unknown file extension exception". This pull request should still apply as is, I think.

@iminashi Thanks. Looks like I had fixed the Load Tone (tone2014.xml) but not the Import Tone (_prfldb).
