PC to PS3 convert isn't working - No JDK or JDE installed when it is #373

Can't seem to convert pc files to edat for ps3 it keeps giving me this issue image

I have both JDK and JDE installed both 64 bit and 32bit as well as have set up the environment variable paths and nothing seems to be working.

uninstalling all versions of java restarting pc and then reinstalling them seemed to fix the issue.
