Remove old targets #130

Remove support for old and unsupported frameworks such as .NET 2.0, .NET Core 1.0.

Approved PR.

I just needed support for .NET FW 3.5 and .NET FW 4.0. Because 3.5 comes with Windows 7 and 4.0 with Windows 8. Unfortunately this is common requirement for many enterprise projects :(
