• a spreadsheet that has a list of organisers and people who have signed up.
• a form that people can sign up to

We now have to:

• Remind organisers to provide information for the monthly email
• Remind people every month that the form exists via the monthly email
• Remind organisers to email people and organise every month by creating eventbrite events.

• Parkville Lunch event is now on the RSE-AUNZ for June onwards.. This event will be scheduled to appear on 11th May and will be hidden until then.
• We also now have an events page for RSE-AUNZ. We can now use this for all of our events and people can subscribe and follow to see new events when they are scheduled.

Thanks once again for putting your hand up for organising lunch events for RSE-AUNZ!

Here are some guidelines I would suggest to make your life easier!

1. Think of a day in the month that will suit you. Someone mentioned they go out to lunch every Thursday, so the 2nd Thursday of every month might be worth setting up. Choose what is best for you.
2. Choose a place that is easy for people to get food and sit down to chat without having to book in advance. This saves a lot of time.
3. We can create an Eventbrite schedule to create your event so you don't have to organise anything for the rest of the year. All you would have to do is cancel it if you can't make it. Example of a regular event, the online networking event.
4. I would avoid booking anything in December.
5. We have mailing lists in a spreadsheet so that you can remind people in your area that the event is coming up at whatever frequency you want. I will send an email once a month to remind people across the entire mailing list.
6. You need to send out an email (or put in Eventbrite) to be specific about where to meet and possibly what you look like! Sometimes people don't know and are too shy to ask. I'm hoping we can create an RSE-AUNZ poster that people can use later down the track.
